CNC Machining

Our CNC department features 24 machines including 5-axis milling centers, Swiss-type lathes, and multi-spindle turning centers. We machine aluminum, steel, stainless, brass, and engineered plastics to tolerances as tight as 0.0005 inches.

  • Turning up to 24 inch diameter
  • Milling capacity up to 40 x 20 x 25 inches
  • Live tooling and sub-spindle capabilities
  • Lights-out manufacturing for high-volume runs

Metal Fabrication

Our fabrication shop complements our machining capabilities with laser cutting, press brake forming, and certified welding services.

  • Fiber laser cutting up to 1 inch steel
  • CNC press brakes with 320-ton capacity
  • MIG, TIG, and robotic welding
  • AWS D1.1 certified welders on staff
